Refunds

Refunds will be handled on an individual basis however there are some broad rulings in place to protect both Neighbourhood Sports Grampian and the customer.

Any cancellations due to Neighbourhood Sports Grampian will be refunded in full to the customer via Paypal within 1-3 working days.

Any cancellations due to customer circumstances, a full refund can only be given if written notice of cancellation is given 4-weeks prior to event date.

Credit can be given to a customer if written notice of cancellation is given 1-week prior to event.
Credit can only be used within the same holiday period as the cancelled purchase - i.e. swapping of days or weeks within the summer holidays.
