Frequently Asked Questions

Make sure we have your details - Upon booking a day at our Sports & Activities camp, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a link to our Registration and Permission Form. Please fill this in before attending the camp. 

Follow our social media - Any updates on the camp during the holidays will be posted on our Facebook page -  Facebook. Subscribing to our website will also provide you with extra information on NSG throughout the year. 

Have your membership number - You will be provided with a membership number before attending the camp. Please have access to this when picking your child up

For core hour bookings, drop off will run from 0845-0915. After 0915 the doors may be closed. Please call 07393197399 if you are outside. Please do not drop your child off earlier than 0845 unless you have purchased an extended hours ticket. The doors will open from 1530 onwards for pick up. For core hour bookings children must be picked up by 1615.

For extended hours, drop off runs from 0800 onwards and pick up ends at 1700. 

Please remember your membership number for collection.

Unfortunately no. All participants attending the camp must be signed out with an adult giving their membership number. 

Your membership number is used as part of our security process when collecting your child. This number will be shared with you before attending the camp. If someone else is collecting your child, they will need to know this number (shared via text for example)

Unfortunately no. All participants must have had their 5th birthday before attending the camp. 

Note: A child can still be booked in when 4 years old, as long as their birthday is before their first day at the camp.
